研究方向(1000字以内)

以人群研究(流行病学)为基础,结合表观遗传学组学和基因组学等研究方法,系统的探索表观遗传和遗传因素,以及它们与营养等环境因素的相互作用,对生命全程的健康的影响。目前大家主要研究脂肪酸摄入和代谢在代谢紊乱、癌症和 生长发育中的作用。大家也感兴趣与寻找可以和营养因素共同影响疾病危险性的表观遗传因素。大家也计划通过人群干预研究来进一步评价营养因素的疾病预防和治疗潜力。
