2. 研究乙酰化酶和去乙酰化酶及其调控因子、非编码核酸及其修饰等对肥胖、糖尿病和肿瘤的影响。

3. 通过高通量测序、基因编辑、代谢组学、蛋白质组学、修饰组学等新技术新方法,筛选和寻找能缓解肥胖、糖尿病和肿瘤或延长寿命的基因和药物。
