研究方向

1.通过分子和细胞生物学、生物化学手段,在细胞和动物水平研究糖脂代谢稳态调控机制,探讨营养失衡、慢性炎症等在肥胖、糖尿病和脂肪肝等代谢性疾病以及神经退行性疾病中的作用及机制,寻找能干预这些疾病的靶标和化合物。
2.食品相关有毒有害物质的检测技术及毒性机理研究。
