研究方向

1. 遗传混合与复杂性状——系统分析亚洲人群的遗传结构和遗传混合,并研究在欧亚混合人群进行基因定位的策略和方法。
2. 人群混合理论模型——发展重构混合模型和动态过程的方法,并进行理论证明。
3. 人群混合历史与时间估计——发展一系列利用混合和重组信息研究人群历史的方法,重构维吾尔族、藏族和夏尔巴人的起源和演化历史。
4. 人群混合与环境适应——建立检测混合人群自然选择新方法;揭示美国黑人、藏族和夏尔巴人等人群的环境适应和关键基因和遗传变异。
5. 人群混合的进化和医学后果——阐明人群混合影响遗传多样性的机制、揭示复杂疾病基因的进化特征以及人群混合对功能基因多样性的影响模式。
