1. 利用细胞及动物模型并结合临床样本,研究酪氨酸受体激酶Eph/ephrin家族成员在肿瘤发生发展中的双重调控作用机理和信号转导。
2. 接头蛋白RACK1生物学功能研究,包括RACK1对Wnt、Hedgehog等信号通路的影响,及RACK1在炎症、干扰素相关肿瘤免疫中的作用及信号转导。
3. 针对Ephs/ephrins及相关分子的药物靶标筛选,探寻肿瘤起始细胞(Tumor Initiating Cells, TICs)与药物抗性之间的联系,开发新的治疗肿瘤的药物。
